This spacious apartment is located near Kemah Boardwalk and NASA Space Center. Only a 15-minute drive to Kemah Boardwalk or NASA Space Center and 40-minute drive into Galveston and only a 30-minute drive to many Houston museums and local attractions! Sylvan Beach is a 5-minute drive. Perfect location on the Gulf coast!

Located in a secure, older and quiet neighborhood in La Porte, Texas. You will love the amenities and view of the Galveston Bay. The apartment loft (open space) is located above the owner's garage which we make all efforts to NOT USE because we do not want to disturb our guests. The loft apartment is approximately 800 sq. feet.

Owners' lives in the main house facing the bay. We allow our guests privacy and exclusive use of the pool area.

We have a lovely and relaxing environment such that we have had problems with guests inviting friends and relatives to join them which has presented a problem since we do live on the premises, and we have limited parking. We are also located in a residential neighborhood. If you intend on inviting people who are not listed on the reservation to join you, we require you to seek our permission prior to booking.

No parties (large or small) are allowed.

Your privacy is important to us, and it will be respected. Private parking available; check in any time after 3:00 pm with secure door code access.

Older part of La Porte, Texas with a small-town Texas atmosphere. Sylvan beach is a small, local beach in the city.

Car is required to visit local attractions. Request no children be allowed on the bay pier without adult supervision and/or life vest.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges (less $10.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges (less $10.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
